ORDERING
How do i know what size to buy?
If you're not sure about what size is perfect for you, you can refer to our sizing guides. They are located in the menus at the end of each page.
Can I cancel my order?
We get that, we change our minds too! Therefore we provide a 5-hour window to cancel your orders, after which your order goes into processing and we'll be unable to cancel it.
Should the products(s) not work out, you can always exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What are the shipping charges on orders?
We provide free shipping on all domestic orders no matter the order value.
Shipping charges on international orders will vary depending on the delivery location. These charges will be conveyed during checkout.
What is the delivery time for orders?
We try to make sure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. Our teams works hard to ensure that your order is dispatched within 48-hours.
Once your order has been dispatched it can take 2-6 working days for your order to reach you depending on your delivery address.
Can i schedule my delivery for a specific day and time?
We try our best to accommodate your needs. Please write to us after placing your order so that we can help make sure that your order reaches you as requested.
